A click & collect online store for your business
Customers order online whenever it suits them, pay right away and collect in your shop. For bakeries, butchers, caterers, wine shops, workshops and restaurants with takeaway, click & collect is often handier than shipping. Here’s how it works and how to set it up.
What is click & collect?
The customer picks products in your online store, chooses a day and time slot for pickup and pays online. You see the order straight away in your overview, prepare it and the customer collects. No phone calls, no notes, no queue at the counter.
Why it works for local retailers
- No shipping costs and no shipping packaging
- You plan your work: time slots spread the rush
- Paid in advance, so no orders left uncollected
- The customer comes to your shop, which often means extra sales
How to set it up with DAIT Store
In DAIT Store you set your own pickup windows: which days, from when to when and in what intervals. At checkout customers only see the slots that are still possible. Payment is by Bancontact or card via Mollie, straight to your own account, or by bank transfer with a QR code. You can also ship, with the shipping costs you choose.
- Pickup windows per day with time slots
- Confirmation email and pickup reminder for the customer
- Orders by status: new, processing, collected
- Discount codes and stock management
