Do you charge a commission per order?
No. You pay DAIT a fixed monthly price (or nothing on the free plan). Mollie charges its own transaction fee per online payment; a bank transfer with QR code costs nothing extra.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. Starter is free with no end date. Paid plans are billed monthly and you cancel yourself whenever you like, with one click in your dashboard.
How does the free trial work?
You use a paid plan free for 14 days, without payment details. Want to continue? Start your subscription from your dashboard; your products and settings stay exactly as they are. Do nothing, and it simply stops.
How do my customers pay?
Through Mollie (Bancontact, card, …), straight into your own Mollie account, which you connect under Payments in your dashboard. No Mollie account? You can also accept bank transfers with a QR code.
Does click & collect work with pickup slots?
Yes. You set your own pickup windows, and customers choose a day and time slot at checkout. Shipping is possible too, with your own shipping costs.
Can I use DAIT Table as well?
Yes. DAIT Table and DAIT Store are two independent products on the same platform, each with its own plan, billing and trial. Already a customer? Log in and add DAIT Store from Account & subscription.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Paid plans run through Mollie (Bancontact, card, …), billed monthly. You change your payment method yourself in your dashboard.
How fast can I go live?
Right after signing up: log in, add your first products, and your store is live.
What about my customers’ data?
It is yours. Only your business sees your customers and orders.
