Do you charge a commission per booking or per guest?
No. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many guests book. No commission, no fee per cover and no setup costs.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You pay per month and cancel whenever you like, with one click in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Is there a free version?
Yes. With Free, guests book online for free, with no end date. Need more? Upgrade to a paid plan with one click.
How does the free trial work?
You use everything for 14 days, without payment details. Want to continue? Start your subscription from your dashboard; your bookings and settings stay exactly as they are. Do nothing, and it simply stops.
Does it work for French-speaking and international guests?
Yes. The booking page, emails and reminders are available in Dutch, French and English. Every guest gets everything in their own language.
Do I need my own website?
No. You get your own booking page to share on Google, Instagram or Facebook. Have a website? Add a button or the booking widget.
How do I pay?
Through Mollie, with Bancontact, card or other common methods. After that, billing happens automatically every month. You change your payment method yourself in your dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. The features of your new plan apply immediately; the new price from your next monthly payment.
What about my guests’ data?
It is yours. Each restaurant only ever sees its own guests, and you can download an export at any time. Guests give consent when they book and can unsubscribe from emails.
How fast can I go live?
Usually within fifteen minutes: sign up, set your opening hours and your booking page is live. A short setup wizard guides you step by step.
